Steel is Real
In the era of graphite, Nippon Shaft has proven that steel is real.
Not just any steel, of course.
Lightweight, sub-100 gram N.S. Pro series steel shafts.
N.S. Pro shafts provide golfers with the pliability of graphite and the stability of steel. This magical marriage of "soft" and "hard" in the same shaft provides a combination of distance and accuracy that millions of golfers around the globe – including more than 100 touring professionals – have found difficult to resist.
It's why golf's preeminent brands increasingly are choosing Nippon Shaft products as stock items in their irons, fairway woods, and hybrid clubs. And it's why individual golfers increasingly are ordering Nippon Shaft products as custom items in their clubs.
A Little History
When Nippon Shaft's N.S. Pro 950GH came to market in 1999, it was the first consistently-made sub-100 gram steel shaft in the world. In addition, all Nippon Shaft products are "constant weighted," meaning that every iron in a player's bag be it a 3-iron or a pitching wedge weighs the same. Pros demand constant weighting for the sake of consistency. Amateurs and higher handicappers also can benefit from constant weighting.
The Latest
Nippon Shaft's latest and lightest steel shaft is the 75-gram N.S. Pro 750GH, the lightest N.S. Pro ever.
